Why is my debit card not accepted?
Some financial institutions have chosen to restrict the use of their debit cards in e-commerce transactions, but we are working to have all cards accepted soon.
Can I buy if my card is issued in another country?
Yes, at Plus Motors all international VISA and MASTERCARD cards are accepted, however there are some particular restrictions for each bank. Remember that shipments can only be made within the Mexican Republic.
Can I combine payments from my card with gift cards?
Yes, when you complete your order we will apply the balance of the gift card to the total and charge your card only the difference.
